North Shore Bank is an excellent community bank with the promise of over-the-top service. They came to us with no brand focus or appropriate expression of a singular brand. We went through one of my first brand workshops with them and discovered many useful truths. 

At the crossroads of their service benefit and the post 9/11 world, empowerment rose to the top of the heap. It wasn’t about banking, it was about the aspirations of their customers. We wrote the tagline, The Bank of You, and began paying the heroic brand off with some advertising.
